The fastest way to reach our active admin team. Open a ticket in the #support channel for player reports, bug issues, or ban appeals.

For sponsorships, partnerships, or administrative escalations. Do not use this email for game bans or player reports.

If you suspect someone of using third-party software, do not call them out in global chat. This only gives them a warning to toggle off their cheats.

Rust: press F7 in-game and use the Facepunch reporting tool.
WARDOGS: note the player name and the time. Our admins can remove and ban players from the Grub.Army server directly.
Record video evidence via Shadowplay, OBS, or Medal.
Open a Discord ticket and provide the video link (YouTube unlisted is best).
Provide their Steam64 ID (or BattleMetrics profile for Rust) if possible.

False reporting purely out of rage-quitting clogs the system. Ensure you have reasonable suspicion before submitting manual tickets.
